their service is in providing the car owner with parking space.
it's all depend on how one packages the item.
and as in all business-related endeavors, profit must be made.

Wasn’t there a case before that a car was stolen in a parking of a restaurant? Parang Dad’s yata yun? It was brought to court then the restaurant was found liable?

Parking owners maybe can’t raise prices when they limit parking fee.

some places are so popular,
people flock there even if parking is hades.

there's this mall beside a city hole,
for some reason that beguiled me,
the park entrance was inconveniently re-located to the far side opposite city hole.
i can only conjecture, it was to dis-courage city hole employees from parking inside and filling up the park with non-costumers.
well, it did discourage me from going there. the circuitous parking route added an additional 15 minutes at least, if traffic was bad. which it frequently was.
fortunately for me, they had since returned it to its logical route.
