It's too bad people can easily forgive and forget when these politicos blurt out things people want to hear, that is why justice will remain elusive for the Filipinos. Music to your ears kung baga. I guess what they say about Lacson feminity is true by your account...hehehe

I guess Maceda et al didn't really bring in the crowd...I fear Lozada will just become another Rosebud or Sandra Cam. When these grandstanding politicos are finish w/ you, they'll toss you outside like trash.

‘Attendance in protest rallies progressively waning’--Palace

MANILA, Philippines -- The crowd turnout at the anti-government protest in Makati City on Friday, relatively smaller compared to similar mass actions in the past, showed the people were "tired of destabilization."

Some 9,000 protesters, according to police estimates, marched to the Makati financial district to call on President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to resign in the wake of overpricing and bribery allegations surrounding the botched national broadband project.

"We can see that it is waning, compared to the crowds at the last time. The trend we are seeing is correct, that the attendance in protest rallies is progressively waning," Bunye told reporters at the Palace.

"This validates the point of the President this morning that the people are tired of destabilization. Our countrymen want stability, they want us to continue moving the economy forward," he added.

In June 2005, at the height of the wiretapping controversy, about 40,000 protesters, according to police estimates, gathered in Makati to demand Arroyo’s resignation. But even this did not faze the President who went on to weather three impeachment attempts and a coup.

ngaun kasi walang ganyan eh hehehe. so this lozada is just a hot issue that will die down once the summer vacation beach season hits us.

Kahit naman maglabasan na kung ano anong katotohanan, we're too chicken **** to do anything about it..We're too pre occupied with our personal lives to give a damn for our country... Kahit gusto mo ng pagbabago di naman kaya magisa or iilan lang, kelangan united tayo as a nation..Kaso wala e..either mangibang bansa ka nalang o tiyaga tiyaga nalang, o pinaka maganda baguhin mo nalang sarili mo baka sakali balang araw mahawaan mo ibang tao at mabago ang buong bansa..Ika nga e do your duty nalang as a good citizen and leave a legacy to be proud of nalang sa mga anak mo...As for now sorry nalang Pilipinas..

Sabi nung foreigner: "The Philippines is a land of 39,999,999 cowards and one
sonofabitch!"

In a way totoo pa rin ito ngayon.

Kung si Jun Lozada lang, I don't think it's enough to change this corrupt
government. Pag nagsalita na si Neri and others who know something, then
that will be the tipping point that may finally overhaul our rotten system in government.

    peace.

Rodolfo Noel Lozada Jr thought he was just saving his soul when he decided to come out and tell what he knew about the alleged multi-billion dollar anomaly in the National Broadband Network project where the husband of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is purportedly involved. He said he didn't know that with his revelation, he was saving the country's soul as well.
