--Bayani Fernando is indeed a one of a kind mayor. Just like Duterte, hagedorn they have revolutionalized their community. Marikina for instance is revolution of sort with Bayani Fernando as the architect. WE used to live there. and marikina is one of those backwaters of Metro Manila. But with Fernando's draconian policies and his beautifaction effort Marikina has become livable.

--One of the few bright spot of the Gloria Arroyo administration. Arroyo should give Fernando blanket authority to manage all public streets in the Philippines to put some order in our country.
