    Kung ikukumpara ang uv express sa apartment eh parang studio unit na condo yan. Ang renta ngayon studio unit cityland level condo eh 9,000 a month. Kung meron kang 24 unit eh mag-aantay ka na lang. Walang welga, walang oil price hike. (pero kailangan mo ng malaking pondo sa apartment)

    Sa uv express according sa isang kakilala, kung ikaw ang may-ari na magdrive pwede ka kumita ng 2000 to 3000 pesos a day a malinis. Kaso madami kaialngan bayaran like franchise fee, terminal fee, mmda fee, barker fee. organzation fee.

    Kahit anong type (residential lr commercial, single door or multiple units) need mo at the very least i-register sa barangay. Pag nagkaron ka ng case against the tenant at di naka-register sa barangay di ka nila i-entertain. As far as the barangay/city government is concerned you (i.e., your business entity) only exists if you have a permit and pay tax.

    May nagsabi sa akin, i don't really know if it is true, na kung yung rental property ay registered in the name of a senior citizen, AND within certain limits (number of units/rent amount/total income) may discount daw ang registration and business taxes. Sabi sabi lang ha.

    Kung ako pala ang mayari at ako din ang mamasada tapos kikita ako 3k/day (kamo malinis na yun).
    Abay mga nasa 75k/month yun.
    In less than 2 yrs. naka ROI nako.
    E di ang gagawin ko in 3 yrs. Ibenta ko tapos bili ulit ng bago para iwas sakit ng ulo bago maglabasan problema ng sasakyan.
