    you ever experienced your boss would ask you to do something without following SOP? the branch manager didnt follow the AMLA requirements because her boss gave a go signal that the transactions are OK. I dont believe a branch cant move $81M with the head office not knowing about it.

    Exactly. That kind of money is enough to distort markets, and raise the red flags within the organization more than once. Heck, I've already been (AMLA) flagged for waay waay smaller amounts that were remitted to the company I work for.

    True. The Bank Treasurer and/or the Treasury Department in the Head Office would certainly know that.

    our government should look closely at those junket operators who have existing contracts with pagcor, and who are behind these JOs. they might just be their people.

    It's impossible that only the branch manager knew about it. May mga signing limits yan.
