What really amaze me, is how clever those hacker are. Imagine hacking the countries central bank [emoji15] a friend once told me that security passwords of e-banking is ramdomnly changed every 3 minutes, and it just one of many layered security features.
Akala ko sa movie lng nangyayari yun 😄 and since malalaking tao at company ang involve ngayun sa rcbc scam, mukang ang dumale ng hacking is also inside the banking industries who knows what bank and country law is weaker.

based on what i heard yesterday, it would seem this is not a simple hacking event. it was planned... timing (chinese new year!) as well as banking insiders. the network was there waiting, when the moneys were transfered... including the choice of the philippines as the recipient, because they researched and knew our banking system is fraught full of holes because our lawmakers refused to close them. anyone who followed yesterday's event would come to the same conclusion: our banking system rules and our anti-money laundering rules, leave much to be desired. were the rules intended to be nebulous?
my opinion.
