Leody seems to conveniently forget that leni was a lawyer for the marginalized sector for years in naga city...one of the notorious hotbeds of leftist ideology. she was an active member of Sentro ng Alternatibong Lingap Pang Legal (SALIGAN) - bicol before she abruptly joined politics to continue the advocacy of her late husband.

But i have to give it to de guzman, it seems like he never hobnobbed w/ politicians who went against his ideological beliefs unlike those of his colleagues in the 4 pix i posted above.

and concerted effort pala hindi converted (referring to the post i made earlier)
