14.3 sqm per person for this computation

There are 4.5M homeless filipinos

Assume it will cost 20k per square for a condo bldg with basic finishes and it will be built on existing government land

P 1.287 T spread over 5 years will be P 257.4B

The 2021 government budget is P 4.506 Trillion

Its actually possible….. even with inflation since the gov’t budget should inflate also

But Im still not voting for him
