It looks like Isko is gaining ground. Waiting for the next survey. Mukhang mag number 2 si Isko. Magaling talaga yun si Banayo.

So this morning I went to a house we are renting out to a family as they were moving out today. I was giving back their deposit and getting the keys back. The neighbor cop asked if he could rent the garage for his new car as his own garage was still under construction. I agreed as we engaged in small-talk. Inevitably it went to politics and he was a full-BBM guy. Some of the stuff he believed in:

    1. The Philippines is richer than Australia and the US because we use gold, they use only dollars.
    2. FM Sr. promised to give every Filipino a share of "his gold" if Jr. is elected president.
    3. Said gold was sent/loaned to the US for safekeeping and they have documents for it.
    4. Said gold was and is still being used by the US to fund its wars.

where did they get this information...?

are they also of the belief that there is a yamashita treasure,
even as yamashita was running for his life at that time and probably didn't have time to collect, much less hide, such treasure?
and even if he did, sa dami ba naman nang matang naka-wetness...
    medyo OT na...
    heh heh.

i googled for "found buried treasure".
"none" have been reported and verified.

In this age of social media, which to some have become their main source of information (coz they don't trust MSM), almost everything have become a big conspiracy theory.

In the US they have the Q-Anon, NWO, HAARP, Flat Earth, moon landing, 911, the Rothschild family, JFK assassination, Roswell incident, chemtrails, Paul McCartney. Too bad most have reached our shores too, aside from our locally bred Tallano Gold and Yamashita Treasure. Like those Marcos tall tales, they hang on to their beliefs even in the face of contrary evidence.

I separate these from true curiosities, ancient mysteries or supernatural interests though - Area 51, UFOs, aliens, Bigfoot, the Mayans, Philadelphia Experiment, life after death, crop circles, Nazca lines, the pyramids, etc.

That is scary though. One job of a police is fact checking the cases they handle.

As for no. 2, he is really setting himself up for a big time disappointment.

Ung no. 2 ang testament to his stupidity, bakit ipamimigay ng tao ang wealth nya sa mamamayan, maintindihan ko pa kung sa charity, atsaka bakit hindi nuon pa, may pre-condition pa na kailangan maging president muna?

    Not surprising.

He did well daw sa mga interviews accdg sa mga nonpartisan who watched the soho/abunda interviews. Kahit si Ping did well din daw.

While si leni pinagpyepyestahan naman about sa comfort food sa casual interview with marjorie barreto.

Dapat si leni lessen the interviews/debates or else kainin sya ng buhay ni isko and lacson.

Gayahin nya si bbm, no show. Pareho silang hindi fast thinker and assertive.

He's like in his early 50s. What got me though was #1, I could not understand his point about US dollars vs Philippine gold.

I know the Philippines has gold, I'm just not getting his point on why we are better/superior.

Reminds me of late 1998 or early 1999. barely 1 year into ERAP's presidency and there was a large gathering of massa people from the E and D sector marching to Malacanag. apparently they were asking for the promise of money and land by Erap during his campaign.
