It's not the institution that's rotten, it's the senators voted by the populace. With your rationale, dapat pati Pres and VP i-abolish na din.

Hinde nga yun mismonf institution but wala naman magawa sa mga inuupo doon, wala.magawa sa mga voters naglalagay doon sa bulok.

You can't control the voters then juat remove yun institution kung saan nila nilalagay yun mga bulok.

Removed yun power nila maglagay ng bulok na tao sa Senate.

Abolish na yan Senate doon ang puntahan ng mga artista, doon sila lumaban sa local level kalabang mga political dynasty.
