Economic freedom incentives (reduced or zero tax rate, etc.) for investors as proposed and initiated by the private sector made Davao economically viable, and not Duterte or his Death Squad:

they say history repeats itself but will history repeat again? Let us analyze:
April 23-25 2010 VP Poll
Makati City Mayor Jejomar Binay gained a whopping 9 percentage points in the survey for vice-president, overtaking Sen. Loren Legarda for second place and was just 9 percentage points behind Sen. Manuel "Mar" Roxas II in end of April. Roxas also declined, falling 6 percentage points from his end of March rating of 43% to 37% in April 23-25.
2010 VP Poll by pulse asia showed that near the end of April, Mar still led by 9% but it was noticeable that Binay's numbers were surging - an increase of almost 10%. Roxas was declining by as much as 6%. NoyBi was actual felt as April ended. Machinery of Binay was seen by then.
Now in order for history to repeat itself, should scenarios and trends repeat too? You be the judge.

Somebody here posted about an "investors forum" that he is a member of, overwhelmingly chose Duterte. My advise, pull out, wait for things to stabilize.
Change is coming...
Foreign fund outflows show poll jitters: BDO | ABS-CBN NewsDavao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Sen. Grace Poe, the two frontrunners in the May 9 elections, are the "biggest risk" because they are "really unknown" to foreign fund managers, said BDO Unibank's Frederico Rafael Ocampo.
Bro.,- am not sure what's your standing nor your capacity to influence people.
But,- advising investors to "pull-out" is not good for our country...
We may differ in our opinion of the candidates,- but at the end of the day,- we should all work for the betterment of our country and its people.

Bro. you are the one evading the point,- read what I quoted from you...

Again, I do not know your standing or influence in life, and therefore that's my preamble. And so what I said is predicated on those things.
My responsibility in my own little way is to keep jobs humming in our country,- and so I encourage everyone not to state these things.
