10 years? So naabutan mo si Tinga? Compare Tinga to Cayetano. I think that's the best way to see if Cayetano made a difference.

To be fair madami nagawa ang mga Tinga, pero mas madami nagawa sila Cayetano at wala na sila naipang laban kanila Cayetano dito.

I'll ask her that issue bro, don't worry. Since her home is just a few clicks away from us. And by the way the traffic near Acacia Estates going to C5 is really heavy. Heavy volume of vehicles in C5 abot hanggang sa Cayetano blvd.

Ito lang masasabi ko. If you haven't improved your life for the last 6 years and didn't took advantage of the robust economy, then the problem lies with you and not on this govt.

You're the only one to blame kung ang buhay mo Hinde umangat. Kahit sino manalo I'm sure wala pa rin mangayayari Sa buhay mo. If you need to wait for a new president para mag improve buhay mo. Sayo na may Mali.

Most people I know they have bought 2-3 brand new cars average for the last years plus either bought condos or nagpapagawa ng bahay ngayon. And there's are relatively young people.

Pulse Asia discredits survey showing Duterte as front-runner

Pollster Pulse Asia on Monday disowned a survey which it supposedly conducted showing Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte as the front-runner in the presidential race.

A post on the “Pompee La Viña – Duterte 2016″ claimed that Duterte was chosen by 26 percent of 4,000 respondents as their top presidential bet in a March 21-25 survey supposedly conducted by Pulse Asia.

Senator Grace Poe supposedly dropped to second place with 24 percent, followed by administration bet Manuel “Mar” Roxas II with 21 percent, and Vice President Jejomar Binay in third place with 19 percent.

The false survey has been shared more than 1,300 times and got 1,500 likes from Facebook users as of this writing.

In a statement sent to INQUIRER.net, Pulse Asia said that it did not conduct the survey.

“It has come to our attention that a survey allegedly conducted from March 21 to 25 for ABS-CBN is being attributed to Pulse Asia. We did not conduct said survey. We do not conduct surveys during Holy Week, Holy Thursday and Good Friday in particular,” the statement read.

The pollster urged the public to refer to their website for their official releases.

The latest official survey conducted by Pulse Asia was the ABS-CBN commissioned poll which showed Poe in the lead with 28 percent.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of truth to that.

Granted, the past few years haven't been great for me, because of business problems, but that's internal to the business itself, and the changing times... I already told my Dad it was a dead-end business, because the times are changing and the customer base is almost completely gone compared to what it was thirty years ago, but he still asked me to go on with it... ayun... bust... but not because of the government... it's simply the way things are. (at least I have other businesses to fall back on, plus sidelines, so I'm not going to starve)

That's the same thing with traffic and job opportunities... you've got to go where the jobs are... traffic? Either put up with the cost of finding better jobs or change. Rent a condo. Buy a condo. The guys who get ahead are simply investing in better places to live rather than simply carping about the traffic.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    For closet Mar supporters:

From Closet to Case Closed: I Can’t Fight This Feeling AnyMar

I like how it acknowledges how unabashedly boring Mar is. A president's star power shouldn't be an issue if he's competent, honest, and with a good track record.

But I realized that this is the Philippines, a showbiz country. Even if Mar wins and has the best intentions for the country, there's a good chance that people won't try to be good citizens themselves, simply because their leader doesn't inspire them.

On the flipside, a leader that oozes with charisma but with no concrete platform can still win people's hearts and dedication. Though I wonder what change they can actually achieve - just look at how rude and unruly Duterte's rabid supporters are, totally different from what they're supposedly campaigning for.

We only have the local channels to blame. So full of nonsense programmes and tasteless comedies people are confusing it with reality.

You nailed it. Everything is about crime, drugs, rape, and drama. Impressionable minds would naturally believe that these are the only things that's happening around them.

Bad news is good news ika nga. With some more drama like GP and DU30, ano pa aasahan mo. Telenovela material na pala presidente natin dapat. Common sense and reason goes out the window.

To the people who say Mar is useless. Uncharismatic, yes, but definitely not useless.

The next President will inherit a... - Maritess Gozon-Viterbo | Facebook

The next President will inherit a country that is far better than how it was before 2010. We are now one of the fastest-growing countries in the world. In as little as 5 years, this administration has succeeded in almost doubling our revenue collections while decreasing our debt burden, resulting in more funds for socio-economic development, and although the results cannot immediately be seen, people are starting to feel it.

Every time I observe sorties, what always catches my attention is how appreciative 4Ps beneficiaries are, of what government has done to change their lives. In Capiz, I encountered a woman from a distant barangay who walked on foot for more than 2 hours just to personally thank PNoy. The gratitude is palpable, the moment so touching. Imagine, 4.4 million families are being helped get out of poverty (in fact, our poverty rate has decreased from 28.4% in 2009 to 24.9% in 2014 because of this program). Another thing that this administration has accomplished that is not getting the attention that it deserves is it made possible the building of almost 90,000 classrooms in just 5 years. Imagine how many students benefit from that. Another important thing is now our healthcare has never been better. Philhealth now covers all senior citizens, and they are eligible for free hypertension and diabetes medicines from DOH. This administration, through Sec. Babes Singson whom I have always admired, has also managed to pave more kilometers of roads in the past five years than Cory, Ramos, Erap and GMA combined. All because of good governance.

This is the reason why I believe that Mar Roxas is the best President we could ever have, because I know he will continue all these and improve on them. It just saddens me each time I see how he has been unfairly depicted in media, how his accomplishments have been set aside in favor of memes that aim to insult him and ridicule him. He deserves nothing of these. This is the reason I am writing this – I want people to know things about Mar Roxas that almost never make it to mainstream media. Things we do not know about him, but we should. I want you to see what I see in him and why I am risking everything to campaign for him. I cannot accept that some people may choose not to vote for him simply because they are misinformed. So here I am doing my share. We may have different candidates, but allow me to present Mar. I promise that I will also listen to anyone who wants to tell me about his or her candidate. If you will not vote for him, I want you to do it based on truth and not propaganda.

I always hear people say that Mar Roxas has done nothing, that he is a pushover, and that he is elitist and does not care for the poor and marginalized. These cannot be further from the truth. Mar Roxas has done a lot for us, in fact I do not know anyone else in government who has done so much for people who are most in need. In fact, if you look at his life in public service, that is all he ever did – serve us. He has dedicated his life to looking for ways to make our lives better. While in DTI, he became known as Mr. Palengke because he sought measures to protect consumers, to make sure that we get what’s due us. He made sure that we do not get shortchanged. He passed a law to make minimum wage earners exempt from income tax, so that they can spend more on their basic needs. This may seem insignificant to us, but for someone who earns less than Php500 a day, that is a substantial amount of money. He authored the Cheaper Medicines Law, where a lot of essential medicines have been made more affordable. Another project he spearheaded was the Salintubig Program, where he essentially made clean water accessible to 140,000 households in 235 far-flung barangays. Now people do not have to walk for kilometers just to get clean water. Mar Roxas was also the one who foresaw the potential of the BPO industry. This has helped create 1.3M jobs for our countrymen. Instead of becoming OFWs, people now have a choice to stay and improve the lives of their families.

As DILG head, he has done a lot for law and order. He was responsible for improving our gun-to-policeman ratio, from 1:9, it is now 1 gun per policeman. 94% of our cities now have PNP patrol jeeps. And to prove that we do not need an iron fist to achieve peace, he came up with Oplan Lambat Sibat, which has successfully captured 716 of our 946 most wanted criminals. There has been a 60% decline in incidents of robbery, theft, carnapping in NCR. When before there was an average of 919 crimes per week, now it is down to 350. Real results, real improvements.

Every time we hear Mar Roxas’s name, we hear Yolanda. Yes, Yolanda was a catastrophe, and yes, on hindsight, there were a lot of things that could have been done better, but we should appreciate the fact that Mar did the best he could do with what he had at the time. Foreign organizations have praised our resiliency and our rehabilitation efforts. And more importantly, we can see that our government’s response to super typhoons has improved significantly through Oplan Listo, still another program of Mar in DILG. We are better prepared now, and rightly so since climate change is a real threat.

Mar Roxas promises us citizen involvement. He promises us jobs. He promises a fight against corruption. He promises safety and security. He promises a government that enables each citizen to reach his or her full potential. Do I trust that he can do these? Yes, I do. I do because he has already done them.
