Pretty interesting. I've heard from Speedlab that the stock Navara actually makes a whole crapload of power. While I felt that the 3.0s had more instant grunt than the Navara when I test-drove it, I can't deny that the top-end is pretty good.
With the Navara's aerodynamics (it's shaped like a brick), it would take a lot of power... probably around 300 hp or more to hit 220 km/h... then about 400 to hit 240. (F150 lightning - 380 hp, 225 km/h. Dodge Ram SRT10 - 500 hp, 248 km/h).
Smaller cars like the 911 can go much faster with the same power... heck... a Focus with 180 whp can hit around 240 km/h (gear-limited).
Wana go faster? Time to invest in Strada-type bed aero-covers... and maybe some lowering...
