    The Silverados were less than a year old so tires looked good, tire pressure was at 30psi and only 2 people riding with little luggage. The road was rocky but quite level so not that bad. (my tires had done 40k km when i brought it, no problem- Bstone dueler H/T pa)
    IMO, the general tires are not safe. One silverado had 2 flats going to sagada and another coming down- all on different tires! I wouldn't use them on a long trip with the family.

    baka hindi pang hot weather yung general tires a.k.a. "not tropicalized" for philippine market?

    two flat tires din ako goodyear aquatreds h/t in my gen1 last time we went up there. they were old tires about 1/4 na lang ng tread niya. i had to go down to bontoc to have it repair as vulcanizing shops in sagada does not offer tubeless repairs.

    baka sakali lang makatakas, what day exactly you will be in sagada? Balak ko, from QC direct to Sagada, then back to QC Saturday evening.

    tama si boybi, unless you want to motor back to manila saturday evening.

    we'll probably meet at shell tabang at 4:00 am. :dead: hopefully start our trip at 4:30 am.

    crawdaddy::: to give you an idea, my wife's friend stayed at a house for 1,700 php for 10 persons. Way back '98 the room rate was 300 php for two occupants. Food is cheap compared to Baguio.

    nice meeting you din boybi. hinahanap ko yung Mercury drug dyan Glorietta nuon magkita kaya hindi na kita nayayang mag snack ma lang.
