    yep

    nothing's free

someone has to pay the cost of keeping that program running

    --

But if you are talk to the 1,500 passengers who use the system everyday, you would know that they are extremely grateful for the Makati Green Route.
    hahaha

    syempre "extremely grateful" sila

    libre eh

    di kailangan maglakad

    sakay na walang bayad

    sino hindi magiging grateful?

    duh

ganito... go to Malacanang and ask the president to buy e-jeepneys for every town and every city in the country

free rides all over the country

    that would be great

millions of passengers will be "extremely grateful"

not just "1,500 passengers" in Makati

all the govt has to do is to allot a budget for the purchase of tens of thousands e-jeepneys and for operating expenses

    no problem

the govt will just borrow money and collect (and create) more taxes to fund the project

and since providing free stuff to people is so rewarding

why not also provide free food, housing, medical care to everyone?

everyone will be extremely, extremely, extremely grateful

And where is the PHUV? wasted opportunity.

People should try to do it well, just just keep on "shooting" and hoping on getting one in the "hole" after three dozen attempts.

And it has been running since November. Almost 6 months. Marami nang natulungan, so in that way it's already a success. despite what naysayers say.
1,500 people every day using the ejeeps?

That is compared to the average 500,000 people going in & out of Makati City on a daily basis.

So that means the ejeeps only service 0.3% of the Makati City travelling public.

IS that how low a score based on the penetration of the total travelling population target to define "success" of the project?

success to them is getting media attention

    and getting praises from environmentalists

    notice the articles they post

none of the articles talk about the economics of the project

it's all about how "green" the ejeepneys are

it's all about environmentalists praising their project

keep in mind the ejeepney people are treehuggers

their definition of success is different from capitalists' definition of success

(the popular media has been brainwashed by Al Gore. That includes Phil. media. Pansin niyo kahit ano "green" thing, kino-cover ng media)

wanna get media attention and become famous?

make a raft out of plastic softdrink bottles

sit on the raft and float down Pasig River

    makikita ka sa TV Patrol

we converted the Phuv into electric.

Better to keep shooting than do nothing.

Edison took 2000 tries before he invented the light bulb.

I'd say helping 1,500 people a day is quite a success. Can you name a project that you're personally involved with which helps more?

I guess success is relative. But helping is helping. Madali mag nitpick, mas mahirap to make a difference.

    hahaha

    o ayan

    Attention: People of the Republic

the ejeepney people will be lobbying Malacanang for approval of the Nationwide Green Route Project

let's all look forward to free rides all over the country

    yehey!!

(btw, the govt will raise taxes to pay for the project, so it's not exactly "free")

si gh masakit lang talaga magpuna yan. he's just reminding us na baka hindi tumagal yung project. critic yan e. that's his role in tsikot.

si uls, mahina pa ang cred niyan sa pagiging critic. kaya he is trying very hard.

sir romski, keep it up. 99.9999999% of the whole philippine population likes what you and your group is doing.

note: 99.9999999% is the whole phlippine population minus gh and uls and is just MY estimate. sigurado titirahin ako ng mga yan.

oo nga pala, dito sa singapore, yung block cleaners are using small electric utility cars to organize bulky trash everyday. i'll take a picture para ma post ko dito.

helping pala po ang inyong mission eh

baket dinaan niyo pa sa pag gawa ng ejeepney

baket di nalang po kayo nag perform ng charity work

like mag organize kayo ng medical mission sa mga lugar walang doctor

or mag open kayo ng soup kitchen

or magtayo kayo ng mga school building

or mag grant ng mga scholarship sa mga mahirap na studyante sa matalino at gusto mag aral

i'm sure more than 1,500 ang matutulungan niyo
