Toyota Transmission, Clutch problems

mga boss, medyo nahihirapan ako ma-diagnose problem 2001 TOY ECHO. i'm having trouble shifting to third gear. specifically, quick shifting from 2nd gear to 3rd gear, it will not slot smoothly into 3rd. pero pag dahan-dahan or may pause bago ipasok, smooth naman sya.

next problem is the clutch. every morning i have problems getting the gear out of 1st even with the clutch fully depressed. kailangan pa double-clutch, pero pag normal operating temp na, okay na sya.

things i have done that have not solved the problem yet:
1. changed gear oil to GL-5 75w-90 (recommended GL-4/GL-5 75w-90) pumino andar pero still problem shifting to 3rd
2. replaced, flushed, bleed brake lines and clutch line with DOT 3 (recommended dot3)
3. adjusted clutch engagement
4. replaced shifter cable bushings, the cables itself seem fine

since the echo shares the same engine/suspension with the toyota vios 03-07, i'm hoping someone has come across the problem, and the solution already.

Na encounter ko na din yung ganyang problem before, yung sinasabi mong sa umaga pag hindi pa warm up, mahirap magshift ng gear, tapos pag totally warm na ok na ishift, yung pressure plate or release bearing minsan ang nagiging cause niyan, better ipa baba mo muna transmission, nakapag replace ka na ba before ng clutch parts?

yep yung clutch. sh*t, sabi na nga ba't dapat pinalitan na kasabay yung pressure plate na yun... thanks sa advice mga boss

^^ Dapat talaga sir kasabay yung pressure plate sa katagalan yan problem expose sa init yan tendency hindi na equal yung mga fingers ng pressure plate para ipress yung clutch lining.
