hmmm mas ok ba ang cold patch?? usually kasi ginagawa pag napako eh pinapasakan lang nila.. effective din naman mas mabilis pa..

kung naflatan at hindi sa sidewall, hindi nga covered ng warranty yan gulong, kung sa sidewall me singaw, pwede. (gaya sa akin, every 3 days nagrefill ako ng hangin, me singaw pla sa sidewall).
sabi sa akin ng tech engineer ng gulong, mali daw ang factory ng kotse dapat daw kapag sea freight na mga kotse, abaove normal ang karga ng hangin) kaya nagkaganoon gulong ko, normal PSI ang ginawa prior sa shipping....(o palusot lang) hehehe....
Kapag magz ang wheel rims natin, wag ka magpavulcanize sa mano mano...
maaaring masira ang magz mo at di pa mabalance....
dapat pagkavulcanize, ipawheel balancing na din....

Pag na pako ang gulong, as much as possible cold patch ang pagamit. Yung bumble gum or stick effective pag galing sa 1st world country, yung dito walang kwenta! yung di init ayus lang pero as much as possible kung pwede cold patch yun talaga. before removal, pa markahan mo yung pito, para pag ni remount almost balanced pa rin. Yung de makina dapat ang pang tanggal ng gulong not yung pina palo. pang trak lang yun. hope this helps

napako ako dati, don ako nagpagawa sa fort, yung tapat nang shell, auto something yata.. imported yung gamit nilang pang pasak.. mag 1 year na ngayon ok pa din naman..

September 26th, 2010 10:59 AM #18The bad thing about cold patch is that the hole left by the nail is still somewhat exposed. Water could seep in and the tire's steel belts could rust. Blowouts could happen.

Cold Patch: Umaangat at sumisingaw.
Luto: Nasisira daw ng gulong nakakaoblong
Tusok: Nakakasira daw ng steel belt. Di ba asero to pano to mapuputol?
For me:
Tusok kasi kahit sumingaw in the long run di pa rin bumibigay. Sumingaw man makakarating ka pa rin sa destination mo unlike yung cold patch laging palpak ang gawa.Yung cold patch kasi pag inabutan ka ng angat sa expressway yari ka.
Yung luto ok naman kaso pansin ko nakakaoblong talaga.
Ok yung tusok kung isa pa lang ang butas pero kung 3 or 4 na ang butas prone sa ply shift (sumisingaw sa pagitan ng thread at lumalabas sa ibang parte ng gulong) mahirap tong itrace so wala kang choice kundi luto or cold patch.

Ok naman ang cold patch kung nagawa ng tama at maganda yung patch na ginamit. Pero mas gusto ko din pasak. Yung pasak will go in between 2 steel cords. This is assuming ang repair ay ginawa sa tread area. Kung shoulder or sidewall ang damage better play it safe and get a new tire.
if all we are interested in are fuel versus electricity expenses, someone must already have made...
