Tama cla i guess. Isa rin ako sa naniwala na ok gumamit ng high octane gasoline on a bone stock motor. Anyway, i've read na most public available cars are engineered to run in low octane fuels. Assumption na un ng mga engineers since d nila alam kung cnu bibili ng kotse nila (bka kc 85 oct. ilagay ng mayari heheh). Pero unless ur tuning ur car and advanced ur timing from the factory set figure d mo kelangan ng high octane. An aggressive timing needs high octane fuel to prevent engine knock. They usually do this to gain hp i think and better fuel mileage.
Teka tanong ko na rin... pano ba malaman kung nagnoknock un engine by using ur ears only??? Anyone?
