December 9th, 2006 03:55 PM #14severe vibration,,hmmn, unang unang gagawin mo before mo baklasin ang lahat ay visually inspect the mounts muna, like drive shaft,,tranny mounts and upper tranny mounts support,if ok,then go to the next step,,start the engine, press the clutch pedal all the way down, and then slowly release the clutch pedal,,very slow,,as in slow,,and if you fell the clutch pedal is pumping up and down,,boom, confirm concern,,,the component inside the clutch housing is the problem, ,the flywheel warped, the clutch housing might not be properly aligned with the engine, pressure plate release levers could be bent or maladjusted,,or it could be the friction material(some are thick and others are thin)ganun pa naman pag after market product di pantay ang lining thickness, pero puede mo naman iparesurface ang lining,,and the last thing a broken motor mounts can also causeerratic clutch linkage operation,,dont forget to check it before you remove the clutch from the vehicle,.......
