They are supposed to be delivered to Tarlac for installation pero in encourage ako na i pick up ko na lang daw kasi pag delivery they will charge me additional P9,000 sa trucking. Ang mga gulong ko ngayon ay Good Year Fortera 205/R15 about 1 year old pa lang sila.

Isn't it stated on the tires themselves? Look at the sidewall, there are markings that should indicate the max load per tire. Multiply that by 4 and see if it's well within the weight of the combined load (vehicle + cargo).

The law requires tire manufacturers to state the maximum weight that the tire can carry. So if you have two tires on an axle (left and right) then you add their load ratings.
Also check the maximum allowable payload for your vehicle.
Without the Starex manual on hand, I'd say its possible to transport the goods you are considering [it was designed to carry nine passengers plus their luggage]. Just try to center them over the rear axle for good weight distribution.
Stack the load as low as possible to keep your center of gravity low.
