puwede bang epoxy or kahit anong sealant dun?

get a new hose and new clamps... otherwise, you'll keep losing coolant and might overheat...

Yup, silicone sealant can be used, but it will be subjected occasionally to high pressure. So buying a new one is a better alternative
I tried the high-temp silicone sealant on my PS hose. Di umubra, talagang malakas masyado pressure from the PS pump. Which is why most replacement PS hoses are steel-reinforced.

if it's on a 95 civic (EG) you should be fine, that reservoir is simply an overflow tank, it doesn't get pressurized or anythin' at all. you can even go without it...
Maraming Salamat :)
