Bagsak ang quality ng fuel satin di yung auto!!
di naman siguro sa fuel, paano naman nasabing marumi ang fuel natin compare sa ibang bansa, dapat lahat tayo bagsak sa emission test kung ganoon, ako bumaksak na rin minsan sa emission test pero ngayon hindi na ang ginagawa ko lang bago pa emission test , tuneup change spark plug and adjustment ng valve clearance, change oil, change air filter, ayon parati nang pasado.
Baka kailangan lang ng tune up kaya bagsak sa CO... baa restricted/clogged na yung air filter, or fould na yung spark plugs.... :?
I had an engine swap last march, yung spark plugs ang oil ko yun pa rin mula nung pinalatan during the engine swap, when I had my emissions testing last June, CO=0.01% (limit 4.5%), HC=4ppm (limit 800ppm)....

kahit yung car mo ala naman nilalabas na usok?
sa san juan lto, walang bagsak.
basta dun ka sa likod ng lto magpa-emission test.
sila may-ari rin ng testing center.
yong 200 petot na palusot na alala ko tuloy first time ko pa nag pa emission test at nag ka auto kc student din ako.. nag tip din ako non.. hehehe..![]()
btw, although wala akong problema dyan curious lang ako...ano bang standard ang emission sinusunod ng pinas? meron ba tayong sariling pagaaral dyan?
ano ang mga batayan ng LTO...europe has it own standard...states in the US have their own...california being i guess the toughest.

^ Yan malamang yung mga "no-show" na nagpapa-rehistro through a fixer without the vehicle.
Kaya kalokohan yan pag nasa private eh walang milagro.. basta pinoy gagawa ng lusot.. dati yung lto susuhulan mo ngayon yung emission testing center din
