Dun sa pinagdadalhan ko, wala pa ako na-encounter na naka start yung engine while emission testing (even my car)

Kaya lokohan yang emission centers, wala bumabagsak photo op lang talaga.

Sabi ko nga dun sa lagi ko kausap doon paano nakakapasa mga PUJs?

Ser kawawa naman if ibagsak sila, yan na lang hanapbuhay nila. Flawed diba?

Defeated yung purpose ng emission. Even the clean air act.

Tapos mga ASBU never pumara ng PUJs yan, puros diesel delivery van or Isuzus [emoji23]

one would notice these, if one were looking for them, and one had both pictures in front of them, side by side.
mebbe someone in LTO did notice, and began making discreet investigations...

i went to have my car drug-tested (emissions test! heh heh.) today.
i went to my suki, only to find it closed. "matagal pa raw bago balik open for business". i wonder why...

so i went to the nearby facility the person said, was open.
pagpasok na pagpasok ko, i ask, "mahaba ba pila?"
"diesel? kayo na po!"
"yeigh!"
as i was waiting for them to process the papers, i noticed about twenty bikes with riders, naka-tengga sa tabi. "lahat ba kayo, emissions test?"
"opo."
...kaya naman pala nag-co-complain yung mga kotse, eh...
it took me all of 20 minutes, from entry to exit.

Maiksi talaga pila sa diesel kasi kalaban ng mga gas yung mga motor When my car was registered, the emission testing was done at Paranaque and the registration mismo in FTI.

yup kaya mahaba pila gawa nang mga motor.. pag minalas malas ka.. may 20+ motor sa unahan mo... uugatan ka na don bago ka ma isalang..
