Mis-translation. Most likely 0-60 KMH in 5.4 seconds, and they misread it as 0-60 MPH, which is 0-96 km/h.

They don't test 0-60 mph or 0-96 kmh in India. India uses the metric system, so they would only be testing 0-60 km/h or 0-100 km/h.
