yup, i think it is in the 80's when tata was sold here. ok naman, diesel variants ang pick up trucks nila. kaso, di kumita. mas gusto ng mga pinoy ang jap engines.

baka naman pag na-release yung mga actual model at presyo, ay mag-sisikuhan tayo patakbong casa..
    heh heh.

but in truth, it's difficult to challenge the japanese products because of their quality and design..

I am planning to buy a car this year. I saw an ad for Tata at naengganyo naman ako to check kasi ang baba ng downpayment nila for their sedan and compact cars na diesel engine. 18k to 45k range nung downpayment and then wala pang 10k per month for 5 years. Sya talaga first choice ko kaso ung family ko naman ayaw. My father checked the unit at mataas ung clutch pero pede naman daw iadjust yun Advise din ng tatay ko to stick with known branded japanese cars. Kaya I am also checking Mirage G4 GLX. But if anyone could advise me for choosing between Tata Indigo or Mirage G4 GLX MT, would really appreciate it.

Proud owner of a Tata Indigo TDi. Drives great, diesel engine is the best part of the car. Managed to get 30+ KPL (hiway only) from Laguna to QC. Aircon very strong, only need to put on #1 setting. Strong headlights at night and comes equipped with front & rear foglamps! Will try to complete the 1k break-in this month. Thanks Tata for bringing in this model!
