problema lang, my parents will be flying up from the Philippines tapos sabay kami to Poregon to visit my grandmother, so di rin ako libre ng thanksgiving.

i am shifting to a smart prepaid before leaving the philippines, so hanggang send and receive ng text lang, so i really need a USA based cell phone. may pre-paid ba dyan? what's the best service provider for southern california?

may prepaid dito the best bet is t mobile o cingular na prepaid. when you use your smart cell mga 25 pesos and send sa pinas pero sa prepaid i think it's only 35cents

cingular is 10cents per txt sa pinas and tmobile is 15cents per minute. if I were you pag nasa bahay ka ng pinsan mo download ka ng chicka.com para libre sayo

US to Philippines: US$0.18 per minute.

you can use either one. pero pagcell ang gamit mo bawas din ang minutes mo sa prepaid
