I noticed in our 2nd gen CRV (Bless her wherever she is now...)

in neutral, the rev limiter cuts in at 5k rpm.

in drive, umaabot ng 7k.

I miss the sound of an angry VTEC engine

Aren't certain real JDM engines speed limited to 180 kph on stock ECUs?

But I'm not sure how rev limited are they?

Not the same.

Revolution limiter is to control the engine's maximum RPM.

Speed limiter is to control the vehicle's maximum speed.

Napanood ko lang kasi sa youtube kaya ginawa ko. hehehe! Yung accord na ankita ko sa youtube eh hanggang 5k rpm lang tapos pati yung mga rent a car nila dun.

mag post ulit ako sabay ng speedometer. hehehe!

nga pala stock lang yang video ko, walang kahit anong dagdag o bawas.

yung sa speedlimter ko hindi ko pa ulit natry kung hanggang saan eh. hehehe! latest was 160kph ata. kaso pangit gulong ko mahirap na.
