Nissan Sentra GS Automatic

Ei peeps, it's been quite a while since I've posted a thread, replies etc. Anyway, to make things short, my sis just bought an '06 GS recently, and since sentra are notorious for the idle malfunction due to 'dirty IACV' (or MAF sensor) et al, anyone among of you who had already experienced this, can you kindly give me some guidelines/step-by step procedures on how to DIY clean it, ty. ;-)

hi all! seems all is quiet in here...

just a few questions lang sana if anyone can chime in...

my 05 sentra needs a thorough interior detailing (i think the automatic climate control switching to outside air all the time introduced a lot of dirt into the car)... any suggestions on where I can have this done?

Also, I was thinking of doing a full-leather conversion... any suggestions?

mga chiefs gud Day Newbie here ako din naka gs, may problema ako regarding sa door locks. ganun ba talaga ang usual problem ng sentra? my car is N16a '02 Nissan Exalta GS Grandeur.

Hi rayban7g. We have the same Nissan problem high idling malfunction. Were you able to fix your sister's car? Do you know the problem?

Possible defect of the car
- fuel pump
- Fuel injectors (dirty)
- MAF and IDLE Control valve.

Kindly share your thoughts.

I need to fix my nissan already. I might loose its compressor also. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks

guys,just a newbie. Ask ko lang kung san me magaling mag tune up ng nissan gsx engine?nag pa change oil kasi ako 3months ago sa shell station near in cainta rizal sabi nun mekaniko dun hindi daw na titiming yun GSX engine because wala daw distributor cap..and that time im confuse parang malabo ata yun,kindly give some idea kung saan or kung papaano..tnx

hi frankross! won't answer your question. my tatanong lang kasi we're planning to acquire a GSX AT. what's your FC? any problems so far? have tuned up the car already? thanks.

i'm planning to buy a used 2007 nissan sentra gs with 1.6 engine at 410k.

i would like to ask for your insights guys if it is s good buy. ano po dapat kong tingnan before ko bilhin??? hindi kaya ako mamroblema sa maintenance nito??
