I would love to have this Armada look-alike come to our shores. However, while I wish it were true, I'd take this bit of news with a grain of salt. I don't think NMPI is willing nor capable of bringing in the Pathfinder. Although looking at their track record, it would be perfectly in keeping with their character to bring in a vehicle that's four years OLD.
And yes, IF ever it were true, like AG said, if it's not made in Asean, it's going to be expensive. Whether from US or Europe, I expect it's going to cost somewhere in the neighborhood of other mid-size SUV imports like the CX-9, Tribeca, Murano, Vera Cruz and such : around P2.6M

If they do bring the Pathfinder be expecting a price closer to the Murano than the Fortuner. Their US pricing has it starting at $27K and topping $40K, the Murano starts at $27K and tops out at $37K. Unless they remove alot of features they can't price it close to the Fortuner. BTW Xterra starts at $22K to $28K.
Pick up with camper huh? I liken the new version more to the Land Rover Discovery because of the roof hump with standard roof rack & lockable storage and the rear glass w/ another hump at the hatch for the first aid kit. Now that I think about it the Pathfinder is probably a better match for the Philippine buyers that don't really use their SUV for off road but more for social status and soccer mom/yaya mobile.

ofcourse it will be expensive if its imported, but i meant up there if it will be built in our region.
and the pick-up with a "fixed" camper look ---> i was reffering to the OLD xterra and that's just my opinion when i first saw it in the flesh, maybe because the lines from the pick up are visible to me who grew up seeing pick-ups with camper shells. And since its not a common sight here.
Having said that, it doesnt mean its ugly and its been done before like the old Hi-lux Surf and montero sport..
But with the second gen(?) Xterra, yes it looks stunning. Theyve even managed to kick the lines up.
