February 2nd, 2023 06:53 PM #54Nissan LEAF prices will get slashed - Nissan PH President | Autodeal
shared by the President of Nissan Philippines himself, Juan Manuel Hoyos, among other announcements.
The LEAF EV will be getting a price cut in the near future, thanks to the recently passed Executive Order on the tariffs for imported EVs coming to the Philippine market. Specifically, Executive Order No. 12 imposes a “zero tariff” rate for imported electric vehicles as well as a tax reduction on vehicle components for a five-year period.Nissan Philippines has not disclosed how much the LEAF’s price will go down, so we can’t give an exact figure yet, but, since the LEAF is qualified for the zero tariff rate, the price cut is sure to be a considerable amount.

February 3rd, 2023 11:20 AM #55250kish daw yung price slash. Parang mali computation ko for 30% tariff ng mga cars dito sa atin.
I though 30% of the SRP was the tariff amount.

February 3rd, 2023 12:35 PM #58pero maganda itong nissan leaf.. saw one sa alabang.. ganda ng kulay dark red yata with black accents..
kung nasa 1.5M pwede na mag EV.. at 2M kasi mas okey yung mid size sedan like 6 or camry.. maluwag at executive ang dating sa loob.. add a little eh may CX 9 na or explorer
pero for me, hindi pa ready ang pinas mag full EV.. hybrid talaga muna siguro.. at unahin nila yung mga bulok na dyip.. please lang alisin na yan sobra usok na

February 3rd, 2023 12:44 PM #59if we want mass-use of EVs, and benefit from its alleged advantages over fossil-fuel vehicles,
they will have to bring the acquisition price significantly down-er, so that a more significant number motorists will be empowered into acquiring one.
we will also have to produce more facilities for recharging.
sa ngayon kasi, wala pa yatang 5 slots ang recharging posts sa sm city hole.
nature preservation isn't cheap.

February 3rd, 2023 03:14 PM #60sa akin lang. mass-use should be focused on public utility.
medyo mahirap nga piliin yung Leaf over the Camry (na hybrid din naman) - cars to cars comparo tayo kasi unfair naman to compare the Leaf with SUVs and Crossovers
pero, just like what King Panda said in 1 of his videos. ang bibili ng EV ngayon has another car na pang out of town.
