they're not as common on the road as the other sentras, po. spare parts, especially those concerning the body and the interior, might not be not as easy to come by.
also, i read in the past, that these models have "more than their share of electronic glitches". that means, check everything, po, before buying, as the problem may not be easy to fix.
but yes. i find them more attractive than the other sentras, before and after.
google olx, tsikot.com cars for sale, and other online car sales addresses, po, for the ballpark figure.

hello, from what I've read the disadvantages on a Sentra 1.3gx at is that it's underpowered due to the small engine and heavy body.

Has anyone tried driving their car on a dirt road? I'm thinking like some strips of Batangas are still unpaved, pwede bang itakbo yun dito?
Also, how about Baguio? Can you drive this car to Baguio safely? Have you?

Hello there bro. This is quite too late. But let me just share my small cent. I have driven my 2008 sentra MT Manila to Baguio in 2015 via Kennon Road and in 2016 via Marcos road, with three adults and three kids, of course with laggages. Wala naman akong naging problema. At one point I thought mamamatayan ako ng makina. But I stepped on the clutch, brought my stick to normal, increased my rpm to 3,000, hit the clutch again, went to first gear, then slowly and gently released the clutch. Parang nagising uli yung makina. At gumanda na uli yung takbo. I mentained my rpm to 3,000 using second and third gear. Those rides were so self-fulfilling for me. And I cant wait to visit Baguio again with my Popoy.

Hi, not sure where to post this. IÂ’m new to this forum so please forgive me if I should have posted this somewhere else. Hingi lang po ako ng opinion. My car is a 2004 Sentra GS. Namana lang from my father. It got half submerged during Ondoy way back 2010 pero luckily umaandar paren naman sya. And as a matter of fact, itÂ’s my daily car. Ang naging issue after the Ondoy incident is the Air Bag Light permanently flashing. Di na sya natanggal Or my way which I donÂ’t know how. At some point hndi rin gumana yung Aircon controls so we had to replace the whole set. Then the car has also issues with its RPM going up oddly, yung parang hirap syang umandar tapos May malakas na sound kala mo nakaSportscar ka pero hindi naman (no idea with the terms honestly iÂ’m Not into cars-sorry po) every time this happens, i only have to shut off the engine. PagStart ko naman, okay na ulet sya. Sometimes also yung ABS light starts to flash for minutes pero mawawala din naman kapag pinatay ko yung engine.


Ang question ko, having these issues sa kotse ko, May value pa ba to to sell it?

Issues:
1. Air Bag Light permanently flashing
2. ABS light sometimes flashing
3. Tail lights sa left may basag at moist naren parang Inamag na ewan. Hindi na napapaayos.
4. RPM oddly goes up during trips pero isang beses lang nangyayari
5. 189K+ mileage

Other than these, okay naman ang auto it serves me well paren. 7km/L takbo nya.

As you are experts than I am, do you think guys I can still sell this for 100K? I have no plans of repairing the said issues since we are getting a new car. Pangdagdag nalang sana din sa DP kung mabebenta to.

I get the point. Go for a bit higher asking price because buyers will likely haggle and negotiate further. Honestly I don’t mind to sell it for P100K, I just need to dispose this asap. No more room for parking space in our garage since M3 is about to come.

I’m not sure if anyone would care to buy a car with already 189K+ mileage though. What do u think?

olx has some, listed between 145K and 230K.
but TS says his car is an ondoy car. and although he says it is a daily driver, it still shows occasional electrical glitches.
so, even at 100K...

i used to sentra.
halos same nga lang, but sometimes not as easy to find as the big T.
and even if it is a bit expensive, "we don't change parts every weekend."
would i sentra, if i were in the market for a car? yespo.

I was eyeing a 2017 Almera for weeks. When my wife visited the car warehouse, nalaman namin na ang daming tama sa body. Steal na sana for 340K. Anyway, so my search continues and I found a 2013 Sentra GX. 25K mileage (not sure if totoo) and nasa 265K lang. My research was sa Almera lang and not on this Sentra GX. May comments ba kayo sa year and model na to? Kumusta kaya availability ng parts? Planning to use it 2-3 years. Mostly hatid sundo lang sa kids and school and mall cguro pag weekends. Thank you.
