Mga Guru ask ko lang po san po ba located ang cabin air filter ng tsikot natin? madali lang po ba syang linisan?

Ano magandang gamitin na oil? Lapit na magpachange oil ulit eh. Medyo mataas kasi FC ko eh. About 6-7km/l. Ang route ko is East Ave. - UST and back. Nakakaconsume ako ng isang hanggang isa't kalahati sa gauge back and forth.

Ok ba synthetic? Medyo malapot aya yung nagamit na oil dati kaya ganoon ang nangyari. Ok din ba magpachange oil sa Petron/Gasoline Stations? Saan pa ba pwede papalit ng langis?

bro, i'm using ZIC / kixx 10/40W (korea) or motul sa cars ko (not only N16) ok ang hatak at d madali lumapot at dumumi ang oil. normally mga 4 liters lang pag kotse. regarding sa shop, aside sa casa shell, petron or servitek can do the job esp kung out of warranty na car mo

Guys share ko lang. Umakyat ako ng Baguio last week. Dala kong kotse is Nissan Sentra 1.3 GX. Pansin na pansin ko ang hirap ng makina sa akyatan kahit patay na ang aircon.

Then meron instance na talagang paakyat yung daan so bumwelo ako tapos pag dating sa gitna kahit naka primera ako biglang huminto yung sasakyan.

Ano ba problema dun? Driver o Makina talaga? Hirap eh. 5 years na rin ako nag ddrive this time lang kotse gamit ko unlike yung ibang akyat ko malalaki na kotse.

Any opinions?

Bro MT o AT dala mo? Kasi yung GX big body pero 1.3 lang ang engine.kung medyo loaded ka mahihirapan ka talaga umahon lalo na pa baguio puro curves. Kung naka MT ka kahit paano ikaw ang may hawak ng timing pag naka AT ka naman better mag OD mode ka pero still ramdam mo na hirap ka umahon lalo na kung nasanay ka sa malaki engine.

4 time ko pa lang naiakyat sa Baguio 1.3MT ko and wala namang problems even nung last we went up there nung November . 4 adult passengers + me, with bags and stuff. Merong mga moments when you'll hear engine grunts at high revs pero kaya naman even with A/C on. Baka po if A/T. a friend has 1.6 Altis A/T(ZZ series) who frequents Baguio na nahihirapan even with higher engine displacement. Mahina talaga hatak ng A/T compared to M/Ts, unless siguro 1.8 and up na makina mo.

Pero iba naman talaga pagtimpla ng 1.3 engine sa mga ganyang akyatan. Minsan nga kahit sa parking lang sa opis na may super steep angles, umaatras ako pag wala sa ayos bwelo and timpla ng gas and clutch e! :-P

When I had my Sentra GX AT (1.3) in 2004, I was only getting 6-7km per liter. I don't have any problem with the car and always do the PMS in casa (UN Avenue).

Now ask ko lang, musta naman ang fuel consumption ng car na ito now? Im sure kahit nung 2003/2004 pa ang modelong ito... yung mga recent releases baka naman may improvement na....

Pero iba naman talaga pagtimpla ng 1.3 engine sa mga ganyang akyatan. Minsan nga kahit sa parking lang sa opis na may super steep angles, umaatras ako pag wala sa ayos bwelo and timpla ng gas and clutch e! :-P

If you are using non-premium oil (ie. fully synthetic or something that has longer oil operating life).

The recommended interval is typically every 5K or three months whichever comes first.

Take the words recommended and typically, meaning it is not a law written in a stone.

My take: Changing oil is only about Php 6000 only per year; including changing of oil filter and air filter for most japanese/korean car. It saves you from trouble and ensuring that your engine is A-ok condition. There are so many problems that may lead to non changing of oil which eventually will cost a lot higher. This is just a small price to pay for a well-maintained vehicle, a clean engine, and a little added insurance.

Not to mention that you can get towed in case your engine brakesdown and give you a lot of stress, effort and headaches if you get towed by our not so friendly towers around that their only concern is to hit their quota. Did you know how aggressive our freakin' towers around?!? Duh!

thanks sa advise sir, kakatapos ko lang magpalit ng oil kanina, ngayon every 3 months ko na gagawin to para ma maintain, mura lang pala hahah thanks po! last question guys, paano ba ayusin ung wiper ng sentra? kasi pag binbuksan ung hood natatamaan ung wiper nagagasgasan tuloy, pwede bang baklasin ung wiper nito?

that's not normally supposed to happen. obviously, someone tinkered with it. somebody has to un-tinker it. if you are handy with your hands, you can do it: just bend the arm out of the way. but if you do not feel up to it, any decent mechanic can do it for you.

check the oil level in the morning before starting the engine. car should be on a level surface. kung ilang mm lang ang lampas sa mark, ay puede na sa akin... ilan bang mm ang overfill?

hindi ko po alam ung exact na overfill pero pag nilabas ko ung dipstick nasa "H" mark sya high ata ang ibi sabihin, so far wala naman talagang ibang masamang epekto, ayun lang medyo worried lang ako kasi medyo nabasa ko ung manual, pero same lang sila, so sa tingin nyo sir nothing to worry naman no?
