guys ano kaya mas ok pang trail, 2 stroke or 4 stroke?
mas ok tol ang 4stroke, locally or imported trailbikes. sa fourstroke banayad ang takbo mo yung 2 stroke minsan pag di gamay lalo na sa mga steep inclines bigla na lang na bumabato(burst of power).
4 stroke:
pros: low FC
predictable power
no 2t oil to be mixed w/ petrol
cons: higher maintenace(engine)
slightly heavier
more expensive
2 stroke:
pros: low maintenance(engine)
less expensive
lighter
cons: higher FC
mixing 2t oil
sudden burst of power(advantageous to some)
smoke stench

2t is more powerful than 4t in terms of hell track
2t smoke a lot due to 2t oil burned, unlike 4t
2t is lighter than 4t
2t high rev than 4t about 30% rpm def
re trail riding i go for 4t, im currently using xrm 110 travel from Davao city to General santos city to davao city to cagayan de oro city v.v. sprocket ko lang ang may gasgas, about 850Km v.v ang layo at speed of 115kmh max-80kmh min..P900.00 ang fuel, not bad

Agree ako sa difference between 2T and 4T..
I had 2 previous motorcycles- the 1st was Kawasaki KE100 a 2T(10 years w/ me and unang ride ko),the 2nd was KMX125 a 2T also (5 years w/me).Binenta na silang dalawa to make room for my ride now, the Honda XLR200 a 4T (3 years na with me) Ito ang gamit ko minsan papuntang ofis and never ko pa to na trail... unlike nung KMX ko nun, nabugbog ko yun sa byahe at sa trail2x namin ng barkada...
The big difference among the three is the FC of the KMX .Para kang naka fourwheels (12km/L)But napaabot ko ng 140kph ang KMX. Yung XLR200 mga 120kph ang kaya pero ang FC naman is 40km/l. Dun ako nakabawi...

Advised nila yung scented daw na 2T oil ang gamitin. (may difference ba?). Mabango nga yung oil amuyin pero pagbuga ng tambutso,nawala na yung scent nung oil..sarap sana kung polosport ang amoy!

2 stroke - ayaw sa tubig4 stroke - okey lang sa tubignaalala ko nung tumirik ang 2stroke sa lakas ng ulan ang layo ng linakad ko pa uwi, minsan pag may pag iiwanan iniiwan ko lang, kaya nag sawa na din ako sa 2 stroke binigay ko sa tiyo ko at kumuha ako 4 stroke kahit malakas ang ulan okey pa din, limusong sa baha wag lang abutin ang intake ng air cleaner go pa din....yan ang 4stroke....
4 stroke po...may napanood po ako about 2 stroke na nakakaapekto daw sa global warming ung usok dahil sa 2t oil na nilalagay kya LTFRB(correct me if im wrong) will assist tricycle driver with 2 stroke bike na makabili ng 4 stroke.
sa health din delekado ito, anu-hin mo pa ang na save mo dahil low maintenance kung may lung cancer ka na........or ang mga anak mo...
Mas ok 4t. Especially pag steep uphills. Sometimes mahirap mag pag 2t coz sobrang bilis mag accelerate. Anyways the new 4t engines power now are not like the old 4t engines before.
Dito mostly ang gamit is 4T and i agree to every one 4T is better for trail.
