Tuktuk vs Phil. Tricycle?

Parang mas safe ang tuktuk.

Tricycle natin parang ang laki ng blindspot.

thailand = tuktuk

philippines = trash from world war 2 which is also the national symbol for transportation (jeepney)

the tuktuk or motorized rickshaw, originated from countries elsewhere from thailand, but it was adopted and popularized by thailand.
the same for the jeepney, which originated from america but was adopted by the philippines.
as such, i see thailand and the philippines at about equal standing with regards to this borrowing of technology.
safety issues? san mo gustong mabangga, nakasakay sa jeep, o nakasakay sa tuktuk?

the jeep may have been trash back then, and it has this unsavory rep nowadays, but the truth of the matter is,
it successfully answered the perceived transport shortage at that time.

Sarao... kaso sayang di natulungannto.prosper... sa kanila binigay funds to modernize the jeepney...instead of buying from tata or mahindra..

Btw, land cruiser and land rover are all based on the jeep.. hehe
