well if you don't want to touch the original suspension then go for body lift

Ang Dami kase binibago sa suspension pati yung wheel alignment palagi nag adjust sa camber. Safe din ba ang body lift stable parin ba yung ride.

there is always compromise once you alter the original suspension design. kung body lift na mga 2in lang (sa midsize suv) at wala inadjust sa suspension assy, you can hardly notice the difference in terms of ride at iaangat lang yung kaha using a spacer. its when you alter the suspension like replace with a longer aftermarket shock absorbers and coil spring to lift may effect na sa stability. mostly they compensate it with using an adjustable shock absorbers so pwede nila i adjust yung setting to make the ride to feel like stock or softer or more rigid.
