"BADUY" car thread

Tingin ko, nawasak ng todo yung bumper niyan, tinanggal na lang & di na pinalitan.

As to yung no plates, andami niyan kahit dito sa NCR. Bunga yan nung na-backlog sa LTO dati kaya ngayon kaya wala nang naninita... alam ng LTO na people will point back at the LTO and say "Kayo kasi, palpak eh" Kaya kanya kanyang diskarte sa "plate".

Ang problem nga lang diyan, inaabuso na ngayon yan tuloy. Yung mga gumagawa ng kalokohan (ex. naka hit & run) and mayayabang, di tuloy basta basta nasisita kasi mahirap na ma trace. Ang higpit nila sa mga motor (checkpoint) dahil malimit gawin sa mali, dapat sa mga imbentong plate na walang conduction sticker ganun din.

Wala na kinalaman ang plate backlog dyan. 1992 model pa yan ng civic. 20+ years ago pa yan nabigyan ng plaka.

Dapat dyan hinuhuli at impound no excuses.

Japanese plates are light weight compare to our plates, it will gain around 1-2hp daw hahahah

but it can easily be converted into a kiss of death, if only the authorities decide to.

But this advantage works mostly for “10-second” race cars. These are cars which go over 200kph in the quarter mile. For “10-second” street cars—10 seconds just to get to 100kph— such modifications don’t do much. Still, once the ‘cool’ people started doing it, it became a case of “monkey see, monkey do.”

Well, at least it's better than those huge "wing" type spoilers being mounted on some hatchbacks like Eons and Wigos that look really ricey.

What those bozos don't realize is that too much rearward downforce actually impairs handling since the rear tires will be too "grippy", countering steering input from the front wheels. That is, assuming the spoilers actually "work" since those cars usually can't get over 140kph anyway

As to the Black Honda, maybe the downward angle might (repeat, might) help with the rear turbulence common to hatchbacks, but without wind tunnel testing who knows?

Pwede, you can reach those speeds on a downhill course (may dagdag buelo eh).

To maintain that speed, possible din, pero sagad na at 6000++ rpm siguro. Ewan ko lang how long the engine will be able to take it though

Yung published top speed ng Mirage is 167-170kph (per Mitsubishi brochure).

A 1.2 liter engine in a car that small & light, pwede siguro. Pero more likely, under ideal conditions yun.

I have a kia picanto 1.2L engine automatic.. easily reached 140kph.. first time i got it from eastwest depo at sanford bicutan exit to sucat exit tinesting ko agad.. kaya 140kph..

Sa sctex from baguio sustained 160kph.. kasi gabi na hehe.. car feel is very stable during the drive rpm ko nasa past 4k lang

tama ka dito bro.

may wigo E (MT) gen1 kami, kaya niya 140Kph pero dapat nasa 4th gear * 6k rpm (using 205/45r17 tires during testing), natest ko siya from Paranaque toll booth (kabihasnan cavitex entry) hanggang paliko ng papuntang macapagal (pacific drive), yung sa may bridge.

44 or 46 whp sa dyno (hub dyno) nung nagtrip kami icheck. hahaha.

mas mataas HP ng gen 2 dahil vvti na.

sobrang light ng steering feel ng wigo running 80kph above.

masasabi ko rin na matibay engine niya, base kung paano namin siya gamitin , ang mahina sakanya yung clutch, madali masunog, makapal pa pero sliding na.

^anong kotse yan, Avanza o Yaris? May stepboard, snorkel. I specially like the roof rack & double spoiler. Must be generating a ton of down force.
Would be interesting to see the inside too. Stuffed toys on the dash? Black quilted leatherette seats with contrast stitching? Disco ball, neon lights?

Yung Mirage sedan CVT ko before nakabuntot sa isang CR-V diesel at Montero sa SCTEx (Subic bound).

"Hindi ko alam" speedometer reading namin but sure ako na mabilis [emoji14]
