Tingin ko, nawasak ng todo yung bumper niyan, tinanggal na lang & di na pinalitan.

As to yung no plates, andami niyan kahit dito sa NCR. Bunga yan nung na-backlog sa LTO dati kaya ngayon kaya wala nang naninita... alam ng LTO na people will point back at the LTO and say "Kayo kasi, palpak eh" Kaya kanya kanyang diskarte sa "plate".

Ang problem nga lang diyan, inaabuso na ngayon yan tuloy. Yung mga gumagawa ng kalokohan (ex. naka hit & run) and mayayabang, di tuloy basta basta nasisita kasi mahirap na ma trace. Ang higpit nila sa mga motor (checkpoint) dahil malimit gawin sa mali, dapat sa mga imbentong plate na walang conduction sticker ganun din.
