Well, at least it's better than those huge "wing" type spoilers being mounted on some hatchbacks like Eons and Wigos that look really ricey.
What those bozos don't realize is that too much rearward downforce actually impairs handling since the rear tires will be too "grippy", countering steering input from the front wheels. That is, assuming the spoilers actually "work" since those cars usually can't get over 140kph anyway

As to the Black Honda, maybe the downward angle might (repeat, might) help with the rear turbulence common to hatchbacks, but without wind tunnel testing who knows?
