Get a Toyota. If ngayon pa lang masama na loob sa simple Tpl/insurance, Paano pa kung kailangan na claim ng warranty?

I never experienced that kind of deception kasi sa Toyota. I can't afford a Fortuner and besides I really like the look of the Strada/Montero. Hesitant lang ako dahil sa dami ng reklamo sa Mitsubishi. I guess I just need to find a dealer na matino. It seems like wala masyado complaint sa Diamond C5 so I will check that out.

Toyota's showrooms are way better and more comfortable than Mitsubishi (comparing Toyota Pasig and Pasong Tamo to Citimotors Makati). Anyway I will check out Mitsubishi Pasig and I hope that my experience will be better than the last.

Okay naman ang mitsubishi basta hanap ka lang ng SA na maayos, yung mapagkakatiwalaan mo and makikinig sa budget mo. Mas okay kung makakahanap ka na kamag-anak or friend na nagwowork sa mitsubishi para makuha mo talaga ung lowest price ng tsikot na dream mo.

that's my impression now after all the nightmares i've experienced with diamond q. ave. and diamond greenhills.. i considered montero before since i have two lancer which unfortunately kinahuyan ng mga hinayupak.. but due to the credibility and integrity of the people and my experience with the two mitsu casa.. i decided to just get Innova G VVTi.. so far excellent ang before and after sales ng casa na kinunan ko ng unit at so far tingin ko hindi naman ako nagkamali ng pinili kong unit..

but still I kept those lancer kse maganda ang performance nung dalawa.. pero sa diamond v. v. na lang ako nagpapagawa pag major.. pag change oil lang.. kay friendly shell station na lang..

mam pag..decided kana sa montero at strada..stress tabs o libre check up sa doctor...hingin mong freebies...hehe..yung mismong sasakyan ok...pero mga tao ng mitsubishi ...lalo na sa service area karamihan trapo at basura

Sa Jabez Dasmarinas cavite lang so far medyo nagugustuhan ko... Maliit lang ang place kaya kita mo ang sasakyan mo kung ano ang ginagawa.. Pag may makita akong di ko nagustuhan layasan ko sila ;) Ang hirap kasi wala kang makitang matinong service center ng mitsu, kundi lang satisfy ako sa asx ko benta ko ito at palitan ng ibang maker.

For me. The best service center is freeway motors, baliuag, bulacan. Ang babait ng mga tao dun. Lahat friendly, madaling kausap, magalang, saka customer is always right ang motto ng mga tao dun kaya kudos for them.

Actually okay nga sana sila sir. During my 1k km. PMS, hinayaan nila ako mag observe once in a while. Hindi sila mahigpit gaano dun sa mga nagbabantay ng sasakyan habang sine-service.

Then after 4,000 kms...

I called them hours before ako pumunta para sabihin na dadating ako after lunch at may dala akong sariling oil (Top 1) and oil filter (Baldwin c/o sir zix). Sabi sakin nung service advisor, "sir hindi po pwede dito yung may sariling materials na dala. strict po kami sa ganyan etc,etc,etc."

Ayun, nauwi ako sa Diamond Motors Marcos Hi-way. Though di ako pwedeng tumambay sa service area nila, tinawag nila ako sa lounge para panoorin habang sinasalin nila yung oil at pinapalitan yung filter.

Medyo nanghihinayang nga lang ako kasi sa FMSB, pwede ka manood anytime. Almost perfect Mitsubishi casa na sana kung pwede lang sana sariling materials yung dadalhin at hindi gaanong traffic sa papuntang crossing ng Pulilan. Hahaha.

I'm reviewing my in-car videos and this is what I heard at the service area of a casa during my PMS:

Man1: Andaming abubot kotse, andaming camera!
Man2: Parang camera 'to?
Man1: Alin, 'yung sa side mirror? Sa kabila, meron din. Andaming camera eh! (he might be pointing at my dashcam and rear camera). Ayan, may mga kable-kable pa o.
Man2: Camera 'yan! Nandiyan siguro 'yun (he might be referring to the DVR/recorder)! Nakakatokot naman 'to. Asan na 'yung mayari?
Man1: Nandun. (Drives for a while inside the service area) Tangina, nakakatakot!
Man2: Ang galing 'no, pare?!?
Man1: Andaming kabitan eh!

Hello Guys.... newbie in the forum. Getting our first mitsubishi vehicle, Montero Glx A/t non vgt. Had experiances with toyotas / fords / nissans prior.
Ask ko lang, how's review of Diamond Motors Greenhills (beside POEA fronting Poveda)
SA & SM were great and very accomodating... will be getting delivery of unit this coming week.
How's aftersales?... sana hindi katulad ng Peak and Union.

Naku mga sir, ako i have the same dillema, my family went sa peak motors edsa last dec 14,2013 (saturday) to buy a MS glx 2014. Ang sabi ng SA may unit daw na available and makukuha namin sa dec 16 (monday) afternoon.

Dumating si dec 16, biglang tumawag, nasalabas na daw ng bahay namin siya, ung unit daw e ma dedelay , pipicturan lang daw nya yung managers check namin para ma veryfy. From dec 17 up to now follow up ako ng follow up, laging sinasabi sa akin in transit na daw ang unit, kesyo nasa planta pa. Tapos today tinatawagan at tinetext ko e di naman nasagot at nag rereply (siguro kasi sunday ngayon) hanggang bukas (lunes) ko na lang siguro ito papatagalin kundi mag pullout na kami bg deal sa kanya

Ako may masamang experience sa CITIMOTORS ALABANG.
Nagpacheck ako ng unit dahil dun sa campaign ng Strada at Montero dun lower arm.
PAgdating sa lintek na CITIMOTORS ALABANG na yan ayaw galawin ang unit dahil wala sa pangalan ko yung unit ko.
Inilabas ko na lahat ng documento ko rehistro, Invoice, DR atbp.
Nakakahiya.....gusto palabasin carnap ko sasakyan.
Nung chinech sa SE error nila.
Mga bastos nag SA dun....
DIna ako babalik dun....

hi guys, new in Tsikot. salamat sa mga feedback and reviews. balak ko kasi sa Peak Edsa ako mag 1km PMS (worth 7k++). buti nabasa ko to. so planning to bring my MS to Diamond Valle Verde instead (worth 5k+). I'm from Dasmariñas Cavite, anyone tried the service from Jabez?? also, ask ko lang kelan ba advisable mag synthetic oil? may nabasa ko na mag Synthetic lanng pag asa 5km na. pero un mga sinasuggest sa casa on my 1st 1km, mag synthetic na agad? :s thanks in advance..

I should consider myself lucky pala. I reserved my MS on Monday, my SA called Tuesday afternoon to notify me that the unit is already at Quezon Avenue.

Galing ako Jabez kanina. Ok naman kaso mahaba ang pila. Other than that ok naman, so far...

15km PMS pinagawa ko. Kita sa waiting lounge yung unit ko nung ginawa. Actual kita naman ang service area sa waiting area. I paid via credit card.

7k yata binayaran ko sa citimotors when I had my 1km pms. Fully synthetic
