The worst mitsubishi car service center

posted this on the 2012 montero sport thread too. sorry moderators kung uulitin ko dito. i just need your thoughts and inputs regarding this two dealers, peak and union motors paco/otis. ok pa din ba kumuha ng unit sa kanila despite the bad reviews? we can always have our units serviced sa ibang casa di ba? sa after sale lang ba sila notorious? or pati sa mga bagong release na units? is it also a good idea to get inhouse insurance from them?

I think its their system & style!
Better not trust, or better be very vigilant & careful in dealing with them.

I've just got my unit from peak motors edsa.. only complaint so far, hindi nila binigay yun free floor mat ko, they keep insisting 2012 strada's are already have built-in matting. In short free floormat = built-in matting in terms of 2012 strada. wala ako magawa kahit anong pilit ko kasi galit na yun sales agent ko. Lagi niya sinasabi built in matting na po sa 2012 stradas, nagbibigay sila ng free floormats dati sa luma na model na strada. They even told us na baguhan lang yun mga sales agent na tinanungan namin regarding sa free floor mats. wala po ako magawa but to accept what she says.

Regarding sa unit? Sa iba na po kayo kumuha ng unit. Bad experience ko, hanggang promise lang yun sales agent nila at masasayang lang oras nyo. Sabi sa akin by 3pm nandyan na yun unit ko, pumunta ako by 3pm akalain mo sabi sayo walang driver nasa planta pa.. bukas mo na lng kunin, kailangan mo pa takutin na sa citimotors na ako bibili ng unit bago sila aaksyon hehe.. ayun 6-7pm ko na nailabas wasted alot of time. So far so good ok naman yun unit kasi hindi ako pumayag planta magtint kaya maayos. kakatakot kasi mga nababasa kong reviews kaya i decided na huwag patint sa planta kungdi sa dealer na lng nung una ayaw nila pumayag pero takutin mo sa iba ka bibili mapapapayag mo sila hehe. Ang gripe ko lang sa kanila eh yung free floormat ayaw ibigay pinagpipilitan na built-in matting yun free floormat, panu naging free yun eh nakabuilt-in na sa strada hehe weird..

Tama nga. Puro pangako, wala rin pala mabibigay this week. As simple as that di nila magawa. Mas ma-appreciate ko pa na deretsohin ako na hindi na kaya this week kaysa yung paaasahin ka. Mahirap mag tiwala sa ganyan. What more sa ibang bagay. More power sa Tsikot. I got tons of info from here and it helped a buyer like me a lot.

I tried Peak Motors Jose Abad Santos before, ok naman ang service, babae din ang SA parang hindi din gaano alam on the technical side pero madali naman kausap ang accommodating. Ok din kasi kita sa customer lounge nila yung service area kaya makikita mo yung unit at nung nilapitan ko yung unit ko di naman ako pinagbawalan ng mga personnel nakipagkwentuhan pa kaya supervised ko yung ginawa nila. Ang hindi lang ok that time hindi pa sila nagaccept ng credit card payments (wala pa daw terminal nila) so naghanap pa ako ng atm.

Ouch, lousy service and manager, hindi man lang nagapologize sa incompetencies ng mga tao niya.

sir! i'm a service adviser po sa peak abad. cnu po ba nagreciv sa inyo? anu po bang tatanong nio dapat regarding sa technical side? mejo bagong open pa lang kasi ung service nmin kaya wala pa terminal at that time pero meron namn po ngaun.

sir regarding po this. nagbaba na kasi memo ang mmpc regarding sa oil and standard fluid. nagcause din kasi ng problem yun sa lubrication. sa mga under warranty units as much as possible mitsubishi oil po talga pero kung out of warranty po waiver lang. or remarks lang nmn po. genuine parts is highly recommended nmn po para din nmn sa unit nio un.

my kinikita pa rin po ang service sa mga warranty claims kasi bnabayaran po yun ng planta.
