sir jrx, sir alainrose,

at what mileage on the odometer nyo naexperience yung scv problem since all3 of us use caltex, since i got the strada from the repair of the scv, ive loaded up 1 time already palang sa petron, will stick to petron na muna...

will follow the advise here to avoid caltex...

sa akin mga 4,000+ kms, around mid June.

nagtataka nga ako dahil Caltex gas ang gamit ko since 2001, and yung Caltex diesel naman starting 2008. Yung Strada and Carens (35,000+ mileage) halos sabay nag react (although differently). Sa Carens nag ilaw yung fuel filter warning light, pero nawawala after tumakbo ng 100 kms or so. No noticable effect on performance.

I'm using Shell currently on the Strada. Hinintay ko mag low fuel warning before ako nagpakarga. Nabawasan naman yung problema, I'll test for a few more fill-ups....
