Your engine's cooling loops should be a sealed system. You should have enough coolant for 100,000 km even when you factor in evaporation and permeation.

Suffice to say, may tagas yung makina mo. Likely there's a crawling leak hence why you can't see it. But emptying it within 2 hours should be pretty obvious.

And don't leave it with just water, you're just begging for corrosion.
