Thanks for the advise. Already followed up with my dealer. So far, di naman sinisita sa daan.

My family bought a 2012 MS GLX M/T last July 2012. I was able to obtain the plates last January only.

    1. Hindi naman ako nasita (dahil wala akong plate) ng MMDA/LTO during those times na wala pa yung plate ko (July to January).
Concerned sila kung coding ka based on the sticker's last digit. Depends on the time though, pag rush hour minsan let go na lang sila.
    3. Mabilis ma-process yung plates kapag Monday (1,2) and Friday (9,0) ang naka request sa dealer. Pinakamatagal daw yung Thursday (7,8) dahil "in-demand"

To be safe, always bring the OR/CR plus the LTO memorandum on the suspension of the "no plate, no travel policy"

Please don't try to use the post-dated sales invoice when apprehended (na naka-ugalian dati).

meron na dapat yan CR. baka naman hindi mo pina-follow up. pag naaksidente or nakaaksidente ka cgurado hanapan yan ng OR CR. kami kasi alam namin na may problema sa plaka kaya yung OR CR muna ang kuniha namin.

hindi naman necessarily sabay ang plaka at OR/CR kasi magkaiba ang gumagawa niyan. ang papeles mismong LTO lang gagawa niyan. ang plaka kasi contracted out sa ibang manufacturer.

Can you please elaborate why not? That is what my dealer gave me - four months worth of post dated invoices dated one week apart. The idea being I bring along the "latest" invoice to make it appear that the vehicle was bought less than a week ago.

As explained by sir Rockyds, we already have the "No plate, no travel" policy suspension. Together with the OR/CR, reasoning out during an apprehension with a legal basis would be way better rather than presenting post-dated/fake sales invoices which may somehow lead to other offenses. Just my opinion though. :D

I have looked for it all over too, but wala.... Hoping to find a link and a copy before I get home next week, want to do a little ride, but worried.

Hopefully someone will post a link to, or a copy of this elusive memo so I can print...
