AS for the MINUTES OF THE MEETING, here's what happened:

1. Final decision on the NEW supplier (original supplier still haven't recovered from the great flood) and shirt material was made.

2. New car sticker supplier will be concluded this week.

3. Our own domain, check! We'll post the new link soon!

4. Club by laws, sir PDB, we're just finalizing it and sir voodoo will contact you

5. Club rules and web rules will be posted soon

6. SPONSORS, currently, we're still working on this part. We need your support on this brothers! as of now, we have agreements/negotiations with establishments listed below, as you may notice, most of them are not CAR related YET.. but we will get there.. any marketing majors here? =)

As promised from the tsikot thread, here are the details of our [SIZE=4]ROYALE TAGAYTAY FUN RUN/POST CHRISTMAS PARTY:[/SIZE]

WHEN:
Jan. 31, 2010 (Sunday)
4 A.M. meeting time
5 A.M. departure
Then we go home around 4 P.M.

WHERE WE MEET:
4 A.M., Starbucks at Shell Station in SLEX after ALABANG EXIT

WHERE WE GO:
ROYALE TAGAYTAY COUNTRY CLUB (map to be posted soon)

WHAT TO DO:
1. Convoy from Shell SLEX to Royale Tagaytay

2. Photoshoot to be directed by sir drivensteven

3. Our dream basketball game will finally occur as the venue offers a court. There are also badminton courts and swimming pool for your kids (if you will be bringing family members).

4. We are currently negotiating for a mitsu personnel to be our Guest Speaker. Please be nice to him =)

5. Registration. We will collect a MSCP registration fee worth PhP 750. Upon paying the said fee, we will distribute the MSCP club kits which include a club shirt, a membership card, and club stickers.

6. Post-Christmas Exchange Gift Giving.

7. RAFFLE! We encourage our brothers to donate raffle prices. Currently, we have a [SIZE=3]Montero Sport OEM rear garnish[/SIZE] and a [SIZE=3]personalized PNP-CSG commemorative car plate[/SIZE] for grabs! Please see bottom post for mechanics.

WHAT TO BRING:
1. Please bring a "POST-CHRISTMAS GIFT" worth PhP 1,000. [SIZE=3]NOTE THAT THE GIFT MUST BE SOMETHING RELATED TO "CARS/AUTO"[/SIZE]. [SIZE=5]NO PICTURE FRAMES, SCENTED CANDLES NOR OTHER COMMON MONITO-MONITA ITEMS PLEASE! ;D[/SIZE]

2. Royale Tagaytay entrance fee is worth PhP 150/head. Don't worry it's consumable. We cannot bring food inside but I'm sure the food there is reasonable ;D

3. Sports/leisure attires like basketball shoes, shorts, sando or supertight shirt (for the machomen :p), badminton rackets, swimsuits!, etc.


RAFFLE CRITERIA:
MSCP members will only qualify for the raffle activity if:

- They have registered in our website and have at least 30 posts that are contributing to the discussions and sharing information about MONTERO SPORT. [SIZE=4]SIMPLE GREETINGS LIKE HI & HELLO ARE NOT COUNTED![/SIZE]

- Also, depending on the number of prices we have, there will be an "early bird" policy as to who gets counted for the raffle. [SIZE=3]Maybe 2 raffle stabs for the member(/s) who will be arriving from 4 A.M. to 5 A.M., thus, increasing his/her/their chance of winning?[/SIZE]

hi sir fca521. Haven't tried it actually but during the introduction of this monty 2.5, mitsu claimed that our 2.5 version can return 15km to a liter - if i'm not mistaken - when driving at constant speed of 80kph. Just don't know the exact rpm but i suspect it would just be about 2000.

Thanks sir sergi for your reply. Tried to drive constantly at 80 kph at the Batangas Star tollway but just could not resist running faster (especially when others overtake you - monty pride yata). Its very hard to save on fuel when your monty's power urges you to run faster (nanisi pa, hehe). From actual computations, I got 12 kpl for an average run of 100++ kph. I guess running at 80 kph will increase it more. Thanks again.

sir..its not really the dealer.but the SA... i really recommend Jessa of Citimotors Las Pinas... proven na siya with great customer service and no BS. If hindi ninya kaya she will tell you straight out. Even after the sale, she is still around to help unlike other Sales Agent, after the sales, hindi ka na nila kilala. eto number ninya 09178069439. Recommended ng Strada club. Dami na po bumili or nag inquire sa kanya from Strada club and I know some MS owners din bumili na sa kanya. hindi po eto ad..i am just a person na if talaga okay ang service..you will hear me spread the news..and likewise.if panget ang service..definitely you will also hear it from me.

Hi, I also got my Montero from Jessa, ok siya kausap. Within 1 week from the time na nagreserve ako I got my unit, that was just before new year. Pero I think mabilis din sakin because I got the M/T na according to her less ang pila. Free given to me was Tint (3M), window visor, and then the usual na na EWD, seat cover, matting etc.

Info lang, before ko inapproach si Jessa, meron na ako nilapitan na SA before kasi sa kanya ako kumuha ng Strada namin, thinking na ok naman siya dati ka-deal naginquire din ako sa kanya. well, di ako pinansin, kaya natry ko si jessa since recommended siya ng TSCP... Then after a while may nakilala ako from that dealership (from where yung di pumansin sa akin na SA) sabi according to him, di nila priority ang cash buyers, financing daw ang gusto ng Sales Manager nila kaya most likely yun ang reason bakit di ako pinansin nung dati kong SA. Sa trend ata ngayon mas gusto nila financing dahil mas malaki kita, at balita ko mas madami din free pag under financing compare to cash purchase. HTH!
