Di pa sagad, na try ko hanggang 195 km/h.. gusto ko sana paabutin 200 km/h kaya lang pag dating 195 medyo mabagal na yung galaw ng speedo needle going to 200 km/h.. di gaya ng navara nung pinaabot ko ng 210 km/h sandali lang nag 190 km/h na agad.. all runs were done at SCTEX

yung black is 3000 while the silver is 5000 pesos. That's CASA price ha. while the difference might be minimal lang daw Also thinking of getting one.. but with that price... might look for another brand..

OT pero what is the difference between the silver europa and the black with grill europa? may difference po ba sa sound or sa durability?

AFAIK the sound is the same for both. The grill is for protection for the horn cone in tight mounting places where it is possible for its front end to be hit by front end parts, say, the grill of the car or tight bumper sections.

The silver europa is oem on most Benzes because of its superb quality and distinct sound.

Just my :twocents: so please correct me if I'm wrong

Good day po Monty owners! me and my dad went to Mitsu pampanga kanina to inquire for the New montero my dad liked it.Were opting for the 2.5 4x4 m/t variant.ask ko lang po ilan po top speed ng 2.5?curious lang po ako.:D

First run in SCTEX saw 170kph (with 6 adults and 1 baby plus the back compartment full of luggage with 1 seat in the backrow folded down) before braking to avoid a ticket. What I like bout the Montero at that speed is hindi nanginginig yung steering wheel. Still feels reasonably heavy. My old stock big body corolla topped out at 160kph pero magaan na sobra yung manibela.

Given enough space, I think the 2.5L Montero could do 180kph. With a tailwind baka 185. . .

i can only do 150 at full capacity for a few seonds on skyway then i'm scared already

maybe we can include how long the top speed was sustained ? although with the traffic here, it might be just a few seconds

Oh, by the way, just like to share that i just got my 5k kms PMS already.. and seems like my monty responds better now after my 1k pms or maybe it's just my imagination hehe

Mine is 3.0L GLS SE. Imagine what it will do to make those fort "eat my dust"................. my max is 160kh...too afraid to push it further....
