Mine is a Silver Monty. Nagpakabit ako ng rear spoiler sa Goldrich
Banawe. Napansin ko na hindi masyado nakuha ang orig na kulay ng
spoiler na naikabit if you look closely. Any feedback from other owners of Silver Monty who purchased their rear spoiler from Goldrich?

Got also my rear spoiler at Goldrich. Well, didn't have a time to look the color (mine's gray) if there's a slight 'change'. What i noticed was that the contoured surface is not that smooth, may kaunting bako, but it's tolerable . Di naman kasi sya pansinin if you look it for an hour

Now, my dilemma is: do i have to get the chins (front & rear + mudflap) from (1) goldrich or at the (2) casa? Goldrich offers 20k for the 3 pcs and 26.5k sa casa. Any input guys? Nalilito na rin ako. If i buy from Goldrich, makakabili rin ako ng HID from JWR Motors hehehehe....

It's already part of the design I guess. I wonder if they have models that don't have a rear step pad.

no sir... in case there would be, it is the 3.5 24V SOHC V6 6G74 with about 190hp... pwede sana kung 200++hp... not feasible, IMO.

it took 4 days to paint the front chin, rear bumper and tailgate cladding of my ride, excluding the waiting on weather time. mabuti nalang the paint shop owner is very OC and keeps on repeating until his painter got the color right. sample pic below, but with my low tech cam the pic won't do justice.

Nice! San paint shop ka nag pagawa? I need to have the same items painted on my MS and on my Lancer EX' front chin.

naku ingat dyan sir. we used to have bullbars in our earlier cars and found that it caused more damage than protection. nangyayari kasi if a part of the bullbar hits something, the whole thing moves so instead of isolating the hit, more areas are affected.

Hello Sir, please correct me if im wrong. Im not sure if those 3 piece set you plan on getting will reach that amount either casa or goldrich.

As far as i know here is the breakdown from citimotors (apologies if im unsure of the exact retail, this quote is all painted to match the vehicles color.)

-Front corner chin: 6600-7000
-Rear corner chin: 6675 - 7000
-Mud guard for the rear chin to accomodate: 5500 - 6500

If im not mistaken i think the 20k from gold rich is the complete set including the rear roof spoiler and tailgate cladding. The quote from casa is similar less the spoiler. But as mentioned im not 100% sure about this.

Too much chrome on those monteros. While some might find it attractive, overdoing it makes a nice car look ricey as far as I'm concerned. And tama si sir teejayortiz, it isn't an effective way of absorbing impacts, kadalasan it causes more damage pa.

that's interesting bro, citimotors pricing is relatively cheap compared with the dealership (disclosed ko lang muna) i'm dealing with. the last time i talked to a certain leony of goldrich, the 20k price only applies for the 3 sets including the paint job less the rear spoiler and the cladding.
