Yup. Changing the bushings is quite long. Had mine done a few months back and inabot din ako ng maghapon. What makes it longer eh yun pag-tanggal ng bushing sa suspension arm at yun pag-press ng bushing. Mind you, are those bushings 555? Saan ka nagpaggawa?

Hey man, I don't think they are 555. I just saw the plastic packaging and I read Japan on it but this was in Japanese text. I had it done at the Good Year servitek on Dona Soledad as they are open on Sundays all day. You're correct that taking the bushings out and pressing them back in takes a long time. Just taking out the suspension arm took over an hour. Luckily, I had 2 mechanics working on each side which cut the time. Funny thing is, I didn't even know there was something wrong as I didn't feel any problems or hear any noises. It was just that I had it lifted so they can do the alignment / camber and that's when we saw it. Oh well... at least it's fixed and would probably take a long time before I need to get it looked at again.

Here's what the suspension arm bushings look like:

Ako, sa Wheelers ako nagpaggawa. Malalaman mo nalang kung due na yan kung makakarinig ka ng lumalagutok pag nalulubak ka, o kaya eh worn out na yun bushings.

I think yun shocks ng FM ko is really due for replacement na. Everytime ginagamit, palaging may squeaking sounds, lalo sa front right side. I might bring it to somewhere near Cash and Carry para papalitan ng Ironman shocks

KILL, hmmmm, it will last for years naman yan. So far, so good naman yun pina-repair kong bushings a few months back

    Top4x4 ba?

Greasing usually solves squeaking. At P40/greasing point, for me this is one of the cheapest maintenance procedures for the FM which I do every 6 months or right after I go through a flood. But then again, I think you've been itching to have your shocks replaced and nothing would soothe that itch except for new Ironman shocks.

For the guys who are curious with the bushings:

Suspension arm where the bushings get forced into.

    The bushings that I bought.

Testament, I took a shot of my mastercraft tyres as I'm curious with how worn yours has become. So far mine have done 15,000 kms since I installed them last December 2012. Tyre pressure is kept at 34.

Emblem yung "pajero" and they are kinda pricey.. more than 1k yata isa...

ung intercooler you can have them made sa mga sticker shop. I had a sticker done with the same color - silver at Decal republic sa likod ng SM-annex

I never followed the recommendations and just put in the pressure I liked. Actually we put in 32-34 for all of our SUVs and 30-32 for cars. I only would go down to 20's if I would be driving through soft ground like dirt, mud or sand.

Out of stock ang mga Ironman shocks ngayon. Quite surprising na medyo tumaas ata. Its 22k per set ng shocks doon ke Top 4x4. Tough Dog is 32.6k per set of shocks. OME is 33k, Bilstein is also same price. Dito naman sa Banawe, Rancho shocks ranges from 30k to 35k yun top of the line nila.

As for me, nauwi ako sa Procomp ES1000 shocks. 2.5k each ang shocks sa harap. Pinapalitan ko na yun front shocks ko.

And oh, dito ako sa Ride nagpapalit ng shocks

testa, 22k?

Sabi kasi nila ganda daw ng ride pag OME very comfortable. Pero sir ano ma recommend nyo shocks? Gusto ko kasi hinde bouncy yung very comfortable lalo na sa long drive and out of town trips.
