After studying SUA news, I purchased a 2nd hand 2013 Montero. Cost is almost similar to a 2013 Innova.

    Pag aralang mabuti:

Ang sagwa talaga pag naka on rear lights.

To be fair yung fortuner hindi maganda sa umaga, plain lang tingnan. Pero sa gabi lumalabas beauty pag naka-on rear lights.

i also vaguely remember someone posting a picture of those covers.. says the item was being sold by someone (in the mitsubishi casa??).

but if visibility at night is mitsu's objective, then they have succeeded.
the design is one that's easily visible, even as an identity mark, at night.
safety engineers must be happy with the design.

I agree on this. It is actually the most visible SUV's there at night. Though it may not please everyone (aesthetically), at least safety is its primary concern. No need to install rear fogs there.

I agree sayang nga kung hindi ka kukuha ng latest gen MSPORT with so much discounts and all that. Not to mention may dinagdag pa sila na Anti-Frontal Collision Mitigation System so Im sure thats to put some peace of mind for all potential buyers.

But going back to the 2nd gen SUA issues being debated and debunked, I have to agree with one of the guys saying that he is still not willing to put his family and other people at risk just the same. But then again, to each his own right?

As for the SIA - Sudden Intended Acceleration - I have an old mitsu Lancer work horse and I must agree even at its age, it still performs well for those SIAs, especially when your alone hehe
