Bro i heard mismo sa repaire shop ng Mitsubishi dito sa japan na kung ang mileage ng galant ay umabot na ng 100000 klm. 90% na masisira ang tranny nito dahil proven naraw nya ito.Mekaniko ng Galant ang kausap ko at Galant V6 ang gamit nya ngayon dahil nasira na ang Galant Diamante nya(tranny parin ang dahilan) Kahit maqayos ka daw gumamit itong tranny talaga ang bibigay dahil japanese at ugaling hapon tapon at bili ng kotse ang ginagawa dito.

now that we know the common problems faced when owning a Galant, what do you guys suggest as a preventive measure or what should be upgraded to minimize shop visits ? example, sa gas consumption, someone suggested that using the NGK iradium increases mileage by about 15-20% compared to stock NGKs. with regard naman sa shocks, BOGE gas are more reliable than the OEM brand. any more suggestions ?

hindi yata, kasi yung galant ss ng kakilala ko 2nd hand nya nabili, pero nakapag avail pa sya ng free replacement.
