Actually dapat lahat ng Casa dito sa Pilipinas kita ang working place. Kahit hindi pwedeng lumapit yung owner, basta makita lang. Kung anu ano kasing mystery ang ginagawa nila kapag hindi nakikita ng owner during service/PMS eh

Kudos to Toyota Balintawak North (where I service my Toyota's) and Honda Quezon Ave, (where I have my Honda serviced) for they have a glass so customers can see the work on the car... Hyundai Quezon Ave. wala nasa ibang street yung pagawaan from the waiting area. Walking distance, but still...

Same with my 2004 Lancer MX - good buy trunk release, spare tire, tools, etc.
They sell good cars but they don't offer ACCEPTABLE after-sales. Kaya nga yung Lancer ko ngayon never ko ng pinapaservice sa kanila eh. It's my first car na hindi ko pinapa-service sa casa talaga.
And for filing complaints, goodluck. So many tried (including myself), and so many fled for reasons I can't even determine if it's a problem with the justice system (sa case ko ito naging problema, after ko i-file walang tawag from anyone then pag nagfa-followup ang sasabihin lang antayin ang tawag ng case inspector), influence of the dealerships to the complainant, or people just don't care anymore that they lose BOTH car parts and money to these goons.

Nag pa service ako sa balintawak mga 10am ako dumating sabi iwanan na lang daw since 2 pm na makukuha yung car. Eh shr, bago sila mag lunch break na release na yung car. Sa labor charge sa resibo 2 hours pero wala pang 1hr yungince nabasa ko tong thread sabi ko sa SA antayin ko na lang kahit hanggang 2 at bantay sarado talaga ako. Ang nagpatagal ay yung checklist halos 11am na natapos yung pag check list sa car. mga 11am na nagsimula yung 10k PMS, change oil, cleaning ng brakes at top up ng fluids at check dragging wipers inabot lang ng 1 actual PMS not including yung pag check list ng car.

ok yung CCTV idea ha! Sana nga magkaroon ng ganyan. Tapos yun na lang ang pinapanood sa lounge instead of Cable TV.
